The Tasmanian Residential Rental Property Owners Association are holding free information sessions for rental owners across the State.
The 60 minute sessions are open to all owners and people considering ownership of residential rental property. The sessions will focus on the fundamentals of ownership, such as applicable legislation, minimum standards for properties, leases and tenants and managing tenancies. The sessions will also provide an overview of the services, resources and support available from the Tasmanian Residential Rental Property Owners Association.
